SHIPPING INFO

Every week, we deliver to tens and hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • WE DO NOT DO ONE DAY SHIPPING AND THREE DAY SHIPPING. WE ARE AWARE THAT THERE IS AN OPTION FOR IT. IF WE DO NOT PUT THAT OPTION, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER FROM OUR WEBSITE AS SOME PLACES DO NOT ACCEPT SOME SHIPPING RATES. FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR PLACE MIGHT NOT ACCEPT US TO SHIP FIRST CLASS RATE BUT INSTEAD ONLY ACCEPT PRIORITY MAIL RATE.
  • Please ensure that your address and contact information are correct. If we have processed and shipped out your order with an incorrect address, we will NOT be held responsible. We charge a $5 fee for a new postage to the correct address for your items to be sent to you again. If by chance, you do not want your order to be shipped back to you, we do charge a restocking fee of $5.
  • Shipping process - We process and pack orders and deliver it directly from our shop to the postal office. We only use USPS (Priority Mail and First Class Package/Mail) as our carrier to the United States and UPS/FEDEX for outside of the United States. 
  • Shipment notification - We will send a notification via email or text after the shipping label has been created as well as your tracking number.
  • Production time - We will take 3-5 days of production time (no matter the amount you order) after your order has been placed. (except for holidays and weekends, we are closed so production time will take longer as we will process it the next business day)
  • Please keep in mind that we are located in the Pacific and shipping should take about 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • OUR POST OFFICE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.
  • NO RUSH ORDERSWe process shipments in the order received and there is no option to rush your order.  Likewise, we are not an "emergency" shop, even for Local Pickups.  We sometimes receive complaints that customers missed a deadline because their order came a day or two or even more later than they needed it.  We recommend keeping the items you need on-hand and not to commit to a deadline if you do not have everything you need--it's simply bad business to commit to deadlines without having what you need.  If there is a delay in receiving your order for any reason, we are not responsible for missed deadlines due to improper planning on your part. 
  • LOST / MIS-ROUTED ORDERS - Our only responsibility with shipping is to get your order to the courier.  In some rare cases the US Postal Service and other couriers may lose your package or more likely, deliver it to the wrong address.  We will not be held responsible for a lost shipment once it reaches the courier and during holiday periods of heavy shipping, couriers often misplace or make mistakes delivering packages that take time to for them to correct.  If your shipment tracking shows delivered and you did not receive it, you must check with your local post office branch as most cases we find they mistakenly deliver to the wrong address.  When the packages are scanned as "Delivered" they record the GPS coordinates of the exact delivery location and can retrieve it for you if it was indeed delivered to the wrong address.  
  • RETURN TO SENDER - If your package is returned to us for ANY reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again (that means cost as well).
